StretchTrainer™
Forget about stretching on the floor. With the 240i StretchTrainer, exercisers achieve deep, supportive stretches for their back, hips, shoulders, and legs to help the body recover faster and restore flexibility.
StretchTrainer guidance
The large instructional placard is illustrated with eight key stretches to help exercisers target key muscle groups and develop a foundational stretching routine.
Abdominal Trainer
With the biomechanics of the Ab-X Abdominal Trainer, exercisers enjoy an efficient, supported way to get their “crunches” in without getting down on the floor. The unique design features a floating pivot point, positioning the exerciser for the ideal “crunch” movement.
